2. Payment via fax or mail?
Registration fees are in Thai Baht.
Paying in other currency is not
accepted. Payment for the registration
can be processed through the following

All payments must be "free of charges
for the payee", i.e. all bank charges
have to be borne by the sender. After
the payment of registration fees, please
send a copy of the Bank Slip and the
registration form to Fax Number:

Email: registration@isga2009.org. A
receipt of the fees paid will be given
at the registration desk of the
congress.
Confirmation
Once the registration form and payment
are received, an acknowledgement letter
and receipt of payment will be issued.
Please note that the order will not be
sent until payment is cleared.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The ISGA 2009 Secretariat must be
notified in writing of cancellations of
registration:
- By 15 February 2009: Full refund of
registration fees, less 10% for
administrations and bank charges
- By 31 May 2009: 50% refund of
registration fees
- After 31 May 2009: No refund of
registration fees
If you are unable to attend the
conference, a substitute delegate can be
accommodated at no extra charge provided
a written notification is received
before 31 May 2009.
All refunds will be made after the
congress
